MESERETI is a, 100% disability-owned, enterprise and systems engineering, management and strategic consulting company providing services in: business process re-engineering and value chain optimisation, energy engineering and management, research development, strategic consulting on public policy, stakeholder management and innovation facilitation.
MESERETI is a relatively young company which was set up early 2017 but its directors have a wealth of diverse experience and expertise that makes the company more than ready to respond to client needs and provide quality services. MESERETI has been engaging both private and public sectors to provide its products and services. MESERETI is currently developing software systems and applications to add value to its current products and values. On the other hand MESERETI has been steadfastly building partnerships with companies who have specialist skills to enhance its capability and ensure quality services for its clients.
MESERETI STRATEGY IN SERVICE OFFERING
MESERETI intends to be an interventionist and a pioneer company especially in the field of productivity management and operations management support.
We intend to venture where others have treaded and handled challenges with little or no success AND that is where we see opportunities.
We search for market niches where others experience problems. We find problems where others are not looking.
To MESERETI intervention means:
• Identifying a unique opportunity that presents itself as a challenge.
• Solving problems that are not necessarily visible or easily identifiable.
• Products and services as solutions have a limited lifespan especially when problems are solved – hence our unflinching commitment to research, development and innovation!
Sustainability of the company undoubtedly accompanies such understanding and as such is integral to our daily life as a company.

Mainly an entrepreneur in the energy sector, Sisa is an experienced social entrepreneur who has been involved in governance sector and community development in various areas.
Oluyomi Ajayi
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Olu is an experienced Industrial and Systems Engineer who has been involved in Business Process Re-Engineering and Supply Chain Optimization in some African and
European Countries.

The founders of MESERETI bring a diversity of skills, expertise and experience that puts the company on a better pedestal that will enable it to provide its products and services in a far improved manner than before.
